Oplo successfully achieve CSA Collectors Accreditation Initiative
The Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) is a Credit Services Association (CSA) led program that annually benchmarks individual team members’ knowledge, expertise, and compliance to ensure that the credit industry maintains the highest standards.
It is a way for companies to differentiate their services and show existing and potential clients that their commitment to best practice extends throughout the entire organisation.
